My annual Brownie Delivery is just beginning. I always enjoy your responses. I hope you don't mind my sharing them!

Jumbo 30 year fixed rate - 5.125%
5/1 ARM- 3.50%
5/1 Interest Only - 3.75%
Jumbo 15 year fixed rate - 4.125%
