Conforming 30 Year fixed rate is 4.625%
Jumbo 30 year Fixed rate is 5.75%
5/1 ARM is 4.5%
3/1 ARM is 4.25%
5/1 Adjustable I/O rate is 4.75%
Jumbo 15 Year Fixed rate is 5
